Resilient Voices is a powerful podcast platform by the Kenya Society of Care Leavers where care leavers take the lead in shaping conversations that matter. The aim is to share authentic stories, experiences, and insights from care leavers and experts across Kenya and beyond. Through open and honest dialogue, we explore real issues that shape life after care. From mental health and trauma recovery to relationships, entrepreneurship, social justice, health, and wellbeing. Our goal is simple: to inform, inspire, and empower.
The Resilient Voices Podcast was created to give care leavers a platform to amplify their voices and share their lived experiences in ways that inspire learning, healing, and action. Through authentic storytelling, the podcast informs and educates care leavers and the wider public on key life topics. It also serves as a powerful advocacy tool, using real stories to influence attitudes, spark dialogue, and strengthen the call for care reform in Kenya and beyond.
